Contrary to popular belief, about 75% of all tax debtors will wind up on some sort of payment plan to the IRS. This session will cover the seven different types of IRS Installment Agreements and the requirements for establishing each type. Attendees will learn how to obtain pending status protection against enforced collections activity and how to request Installment Agreements.
